Appointment Booking

When booking your appointment, we set aside time with an esthetician or nurse just for you. Missed appointments inconvenience both staff and clients.

To reduce the number of missed appointments, we request a $50 deposit at the time of booking that goes towards the cost of treatment. This is to ensure that you are committed to the time of your booking.

The $50 deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment. You will receive your refund within 3-5 days upon request.

Cancellation / No Show

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If 48 hours notice is not provided, the $50 deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Final Sale / Refund Policy

Once treatments or treatment packages are sold they are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

Deposits made on all treatments including packages and the Spend & Earn program are non-refundable.

Unused deposits can be exchanged towards other services at the discretion of La Vitalité Med Spa.

Flexible Payment Policy on Promotions and Treatment Plans

For promotions and multi-session treatment plans, we are pleased to offer clients the option to provide a minimum deposit of 50% of total fees on the first visit to secure promo pricing and the remaining balance on the second visit.

Injectables Consultation Deposit

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all injectables treatments such as Botox® and dermal fillers.

This deposit goes towards a consultation fee with our Medical Director.
